Welcome to 2026 Summer reading
at the RPL!
This summer, grow your imagination one book at a time at the library! Join us for a growing season filled with great stories, fun activities, exciting prizes, and plenty of opportunities to learn and explore!
RPL Summer Reading runs from Monday June 29th to Sunday, August 2nd! Participants can enter at any time during the challenge and participate as much or as little as they’d like. Kids of all ages are encourage to participate!
To start your Reading GARDEN, sign up
and get your summer reading JOURNAL!
Get your summer reading garden by visiting the library, signing up, and receiving your summer reading journal! You’ll use your journal to record and make notes of what you have been reading! You can record the titles of the books you’ve read and/ or the amount of time you spend reading!
Whenever you come visit the library during the program, show a librarian your journal and get an achievement stamp and raffle! Once you’ve received a stamp, you can pick out a weekly reading prize and enter the raffle for one our reading program grand prizes!
Your journal will also include a reading challenge bingo game! Complete reading challenges, fill in a row, and receive an extra raffle ticket!
