Welcome to the 2025 RPL Summer Reading Challenge!
This year, we are challenging you to read around the world!

*The RPL Summer Reading Challenge runs from Monday June 23rd to Thursday, July 24th!
Participants can enter at any time during the challenge. Kids of all ages are welcome to participate!
To start your Reading Journey, sign up and get your summer reading challenge passport!
When you come into the library to sign up for the challenge, we’ll issue you a passport! Use you passport to chart your reading and make note of what you have been reading!
Whenever you come visit the library during the challenge, show us your passport and get a visa stamp! For our challenge, we are asking at you read 5 books a week or read for a least 15 minutes a day! You can make a list of what your reading in the “Travel Notes” section of your passport.
Your passport also includes 5 reading challenges! Complete them all to get a special surprise!
For our seasoned travelers: Fill up one passport and we’ll issue you a new one, also with a special surprise!
Visit the library to check out weekly activities, crafts, and reading prizes!
Each week you come into the library to get your passport stamped and stock up on new reads, you can pick out a prize for being such a well-traveled reader! You’ll also get a ticket to enter our grand prize at the end of the challenge! While you’re in the library, you can also check out a changing offering of activities and crafts to complete in the library or take home!
